Our Express STRONG class is only a  30 minute commitment that will get you moving and sweaty in the comfort of your own home. 

This circuit style class focuses on all the major muscle groups to build strength and endurance. A low-impact class. it's perfect for all levels of fitness, especially people in early postpartum. Our instructors always offer options to increase the challenge as you progress. Just like our in-person classes, you'll get a full body workout designed to improve your core strength, burn fat and build muscle so that you can more easily accomplish the daily tasks of taking care of babies and children. And, you'll still find our well planned classes along with an encouraging and supportive environment. You'll work at your own pace and are free to tend to your baby when needed.

This class is babywearing friendly, but is also perfect for any mamma who has headed back to work and is able to take a movement break during the day. 

We welcome all family members to join us for this class!
