Kimbalina was a regular at our Ottawa Mama & Baby Classes when she decided she wanted to join our team. Kimbalina enjoys playing team sports and being active. She’s the mom of two littles - a son and a daughter (with a third on the way!), and together with them, she helped build our on-demand workouts while living overseas for a year. She’s back in Canada, so you’ll also see her live, usually teaching our Express STRONG noontime Classes. We love that her littles sometimes join her on her screen!
