Indoor Babywearing Fitness
This Babywearing Fitness class is perfect for parents who want to build strength and endurance while exercising with their baby. We love the added challenge that wearing your baby provides, as you lunge, squat and lift. Our class combines all of the postpartum strength training best practices to help you recover and rebuild after pregnancy.
This class is hosted by the Glebe Community Centre. This is a series of classes that must be purchased through the Community Centre. We apologize that we cannot accept drop-in passes for these classes. Please note that this is an in-person class only - there are no hybrid options.
